Booking a Sailboat, Yacht, or Catamaran
In this article
This section details the reservation process for a yacht, boat, or catamaran. Once you’ve chosen your vessel, you’ll need to complete a reservation form. After submitting the form, a reservation invoice will be sent to your email. You can then pay online using a credit card.
If no other arrangements have been made, a 50% down payment is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 35 days before departure. In the case of last-minute bookings, the full amount must be paid to reserve the yacht.
The following steps are required to make a reservation:
- To issue an invoice, the following information is required: name and surname of the payer, address, city, and GSM number. If the invoice is for a company, company information is required.
- After receiving full payment, a crew list form will be sent to you. In the crew list, you will need to carefully enter the personal information of the crew members, as well as the skipper’s license to operate the vessel and the VHF GMDSS-VHF radio station license.
- Once the documents are received, a voucher will be issued containing all the information.
- The charterer will issue you an invoice after the cruise is completed.
